Refund & Replacement Policy – Embered Beauty

At Embered Beauty, each product is carefully handcrafted and inspected before shipment. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain a strict refund and replacement policy to ensure quality, safety, and fairness.

Eligible Returns & Replacements
We only offer refunds or replacements under the following conditions:
- Items that arrive damaged during shipping

If your order meets one of these criteria, we will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

Requirements for Claims
To process your request, please:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged, including packaging
- Include your order number in your message

Return Requirement (If Applicable)
In some cases, Embered Beauty may require the item to be returned for inspection. If a return is requested:
- A prepaid return shipping label will be provided by Embered Beauty
- The item must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in your approval email
- Failure to return the product when requested may result in denial of the refund or replacement

Non-Eligible Situations
We do not offer refunds or replacements for:
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Incorrect shipping address provided at checkout
- Normal product variations (color, texture, scent)
- Minor cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product performance
- Items left outside or exposed to heat after delivery

Important Note on Heat Sensitivity
Some Embered Beauty products are sensitive to heat. Once your package is marked as delivered, we are not responsible for damage caused by:
- Delayed retrieval from mailbox or porch
- Exposure to outdoor temperatures.

Resolution Process
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will:
- Send a replacement item or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method

Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after approval.
