Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about getting your ritual to your door — and what to do if something isn't right.
Shipping rates
Free standard shipping on every order over $50. Orders under $50 ship at a flat $6.95. Rates and any applicable tax are shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing & delivery times
Every candle is hand-poured in small batches, so we ask for 1–3 business days to craft and pack your order. Once it ships, standard delivery within the US typically takes 3–7 business days.
You'll receive a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link the moment it ships. You can follow every step on our order tracking page.
Where we ship
We currently ship across the United States and Canada. If you'd like to order from elsewhere, email us and we'll do our best to help.
Returns & exchanges
We want you to love your candles. If you're not delighted, you may return unused, unburned candles in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
To start a return, email support@emberedbeauty.com with your order number and we'll send a prepaid label. Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return.
Damaged or wrong items
Glass and wax don't always survive the journey. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send a photo to support@emberedbeauty.com within 7 days and we'll ship a replacement right away — no return needed.
