Terms of service

You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement, or use the store with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who is responsible for the order. Provide accurate contact, payment, and delivery information and keep account credentials private. Let us know if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

Do not misuse the website, interfere with its security, submit fraudulent orders, impersonate someone else, post unlawful or abusive material, or infringe another person's rights.

Product descriptions, sizes, prices, and availability appear on product pages and at checkout. Hand-poured products may have small variations in appearance, color, or finish. Screens and lighting can affect how colors appear. Fragrance experience and burn time vary with the product and how it is used.

The checkout total shows the product price, applicable discounts, shipping, and tax before you pay. A submitted order is subject to payment verification, stock availability, and acceptance. If a material error or availability issue affects an order, we will contact you to explain the options, which may include a corrected order you agree to or cancellation and a refund. We will not impose a higher price after payment without your agreement.

Website payments are processed through Stripe and the payment methods offered at checkout. Your payment provider's terms also apply. Promotional codes and product deals apply only when their stated conditions are met; the accepted price and any exclusions are shown at checkout.

Digital gift cards may be redeemed through the supported gift-card checkout flow. Our current gift cards do not expire. Gift-card purchases and balances are not redeemable for cash or refundable except where required by law. Keep gift-card codes private and contact us promptly if a code appears to have been used without permission.

Our Shipping & Returns page describes current delivery regions, processing estimates, shipping charges, and return arrangements. Delivery estimates can be affected by carriers, weather, or other conditions. Contact us promptly to request an address change or cancellation; we may be unable to stop an order that has already shipped.

If we cannot ship within the time promised, we will provide the delay information and cancellation/refund options required by applicable law. Your statutory remedies for delayed or undelivered orders are not limited by these terms.

Our current policy allows unused, unburned candles in original packaging to be returned within 30 days of delivery. Contact support@emberedbeauty.com with your order number before sending a return so we can provide instructions. The Shipping & Returns page provides the full current process, including labels, refunds, exchanges, and damaged or incorrect deliveries.

Please report damaged or incorrect items promptly and include helpful photos where possible. Store policies do not take away mandatory consumer rights or remedies for faulty, unsafe, or misdescribed goods.

Follow the product label and Candle Care instructions. Never leave a burning candle unattended. Keep flames and hot vessels away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable objects; use a stable, heat-resistant surface. Allow the vessel to cool before handling. Use wax melts only with an appropriate warmer and follow its instructions.

Fragrance products are not food, medicine, or a treatment for a health condition. Stop using a product if it causes irritation or an adverse reaction. Contact us if you have a question about ingredients or safe use.

Submit only content you have the right to share. Reviews should reflect your own experience; verified reviews may be published with the author name you provide. You retain ownership of your content and permit us to display and use it as reasonably needed to provide the requested review or service. We may remove unlawful, abusive, misleading, or irrelevant submissions.

Optional fragrance tools and AI-generated suggestions are provided to help explore products. Suggestions may be incomplete or inaccurate and are not safety or medical advice. Product labels, confirmed order details, and direct assistance from the store take precedence over an automated suggestion.

Embered Beauty branding, original photographs, product copy, and website content are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. Browsing and personal shopping use are permitted; commercial reuse requires permission or another lawful basis.

We work to keep the store accurate and available, but access can be interrupted by maintenance, technical failures, or events outside our control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability, warranties, or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

If something goes wrong, contact support@emberedbeauty.com with the relevant order details so we can try to resolve it. Applicable law determines the rights, remedies, and forums available to you; these terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive rights that cannot be waived.

We may update these terms for future use and purchases. The version in effect when you place an order applies to that order unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise.
